How we work
Fairfield Well Water is a referral service. That's the whole business, and this page says exactly what that means.
Fairfield Well Water connects Connecticut well owners with one licensed local well & water-treatment company — fast. We are a referral service, not a contractor.
What we do
- We run this website, where well owners in inland Fairfield County and the Naugatuck Valley describe their problem.
- We send each request to one licensed Connecticut well & water-treatment company that covers the homeowner's town.
- We flag no-water emergencies as urgent so they aren't queued behind routine requests.
- We publish plain-language information about wells, pumps, testing, and treatment — including cost ranges as general market information, not quotes.
What we do not do
- We do not perform, supervise, price, or guarantee any well, pump, or filtration work.
- We do not employ technicians or send our own people to your home.
- We do not negotiate jobs, quote prices, or sign homeowners up for work on the specialist's behalf.
- We do not sell your information. Your request goes to one company — the covering specialist for your town — and nobody else.
Who does the work?
All services are provided by an independent licensed Connecticut company. That company diagnoses the problem, gives you a clear quote before work starts, and stands behind the job. If you have questions about the work itself, you deal directly with them — that's by design, not by accident.
What does it cost homeowners?
Nothing. We never charge homeowners. The specialist pays us a flat marketing fee for the referral. Cost ranges on this site are general market information, not quotes — your specialist confirms the exact price before work begins.
What about your information?
The lead form asks only for what the specialist needs to help you: your name, town, phone, the problem, how long it's been happening, and the best time to reach you. Email is optional. Your request is sent to one licensed local well company, with your consent, and is not sold or shared elsewhere.
Why one specialist instead of five bids?
Most lead sites auction your number to several contractors, and you get five sales calls. We send each request to one accountable company. Fewer calls, one company responsible for the job, and no bidding war. If that company can't help you, tell us through the form and we'll be honest about it.
The disclosure, in full: Fairfield Well Water is an independent referral and advertising service. We are not a well contractor, pump installer, or water-treatment company, and we do not perform, supervise, price, or guarantee any work. All services are provided by an independent licensed Connecticut company. Cost ranges on this site are general market information, not quotes.
